If you're not happy with the delivered product , you can raise a SIZE EXCHANGE & RETURN REQUEST postmarked within 2 days after the date of delivery by mailing us on teammadeforher@gmail.com . 
Shipping charges for return and exchange to be borne by the customer only. We do not provide reverse pickups. 

For a returned item - Customer will receive a credit voucher applicable on “ SALE” category only with a validity of two months . 

For size exchange - Customer will receive a credit voucher applicable only on the same product with a validity of two months . 

If you’re claiming a defective / wrong item - Package opening video is mandatory. You can email us - teammadeforher@gmail.com . Replacement will be done without any extra cost. 

* IMP- Closet essentials , Accessories , Sale items aren't elgible for any exchange / return . Please order these items carefully.  For any assistance you can what's app us. 

* Exchange can only be availed once per order. 

Eligible criteria for Exchange/Return : 

*Products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in its original packaging are eligible for exchange.
-Damage refers to make up stains, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, washing powder , self inflict while trying on the product and odours on the garment will lead to rejection of the return. 

RETURN METHOD AND COST :

You need to self ship the order . Shipping charges are non - refundable. 

*Once the items gets delivered back to us , the products will undergo a quality check and credit voucher with a validity of 2 months will be issued to the customer  (no refund to original mode of payment ).
*If in any case , team finds out the product to be faulty,  the request will be rejected and same item will be reshipped back to you on your expense .

The amount paid will be refunded only ( in form of a coupon code). 

* Post receiving the coupon code , you can place your desired order . 
*Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to our warehouse, any returned item that is not received by Madeforherlabel.in will be treated as not returned.

Please Note: MADE FOR HER LABEL reserves all the right not to process any exchange request in the following situations:

1. Return Exceeds the mentioned time limit.

2. Returning Non-MADE FOR HER Items.

3. Return items belong to the NON-EXCHANGEABLE/ RETURNABLE category.

4. Returning without an application.

5. Not being able to provide the proper proofs wherever required.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have shipped it, by contacting our customer support team at teammadeforher@gmail.com and if we have shipped the order then reshipping charges of 150/-INR will be applicable.

What are the shipping  methods you offer?

We provide PAN INDIA shipping , Standard delivery takes 2-7 working days . 

Same day / Next day delivery /Express delivery available in metro cities , Delhi/NCR .

Fast delivery charges to be borne by clients. For any fast delivery you can reach us out on Email or What's app .

Cash on delivery is not available for fast delivery. 

How can i track my order ?

Once you place an order it will be shipped in 24-48 working hours. Tracking will be shared with you via text or E-mail whatever is provided at the time of checkout. - I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For all the cancelled orders , same amount of gift card will be issued only . 

- What if the product i received is in damaged condition?
Please raise a request via mailing us teammadeforher@gmail.com and please ensure to share the package opening video of the same. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. 

 

- What if the product i ordered doesn't fit me properly ?

Please make sure to check the size chart before ordering any product , if you still faces an issue we're happy to help you. You can easily get the size exchanged, by submitting a size exchange request on ,mail . For more please read our RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY.  

  - Why haven't i received an order confirmation text or mail ?

Hey , extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. If in any case you have not received the order confirmation mail or text please inform the same to teammadeforher@gmail.com with your full name , payment mode ,email id and payment screenshot. ASAP.
